Cultivating Professional Women. Advancing Agriculture.
About Us
Welcome to the Sigma Alpha Zeta Chapter website! Our chapter is located at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. Sigma Alpha Sorority is both a professional and social sorority founded on a common love for agriculture. Our members strive for achievement in scholarship, leadership, and service by supporting each other and the community.
The colors of the sorority are emerald and maize. The jewel is the emerald, and the flower is the yellow chrysanthemum. The national mascot is the baby bull, and our local mascot here at LSU is the honeybee.
