We are looking for the best girls on campus and we would love the chance to get to know more about you! As one of the smaller sororities on campus, our close-knit group of girls chooses not to participate in the larger formal fall rush; instead, we have a week's worth of events within the first few weeks of school. Our only goal is to learn more about you and to show you how great being a Sigma Alpha Sister can be. We do not require any letters of recommendation, only our membership application and a smile.
While we are associated and apart of the College of Agriculture here at Louisiana State University, it is not a requirement to be an agriculture major to be apart of Sigma Alpha. We are looking for girls who are willing to strive for excellence in scholarship, leadership and service, as well as those who are open minded to learning about all agriculture has to offer and hopefully love it as much as many of our members (Ag and non-Ag alike) have!
